There are some fine restaurants overlooking the famous Jeffreys Bay beaches where you can indulge your taste buds and you can visit the many craft and retail shops in the town that offer unique products to shoppers.
A visit to the Shell and Surf Museums will help you understand the culture of the town, while there is always a chance that the fabled Supertubes surf break will deliver some freight train waves that crack down the reef for up to 800 m.
St Francis Bay is offering a weekend of sporting activities and day trips to Addo Elephant Park and other game farms nearby are also worthwhile trips for tourists to the town.
“We do urge visitors not to drink drive as the law enforcement officers in the town have taken a zero tolerance to this crime”, said Andy Thuysman, chairman of Jeffreys Bay Tourism.
“There are cab companies in town so rather be safe than sorry. Just remember that you also have to security conscious in J’Bay just like anywhere else in South Africa so please lock doors and secure windows when going to bed.
Visitors are welcome to visit the Jeffreys Bay Tourism facebook page and tell us about your experience in the town. Upload photos and tell us what you did during your holiday”, said Thuysman.

Thanks Andy and the crew,we love J-bay to bits!

Place of dreaming.
