Today is a very sad day.

But Madiba’s legacy will live on in all those who share his commitment to changing the world for the better -- to achieving a socially just society where human rights and dignity are at its core.

Madiba inspired people across the world to stand up for their beliefs, and through his wisdom and commitment to peace, he inspired hope in all of us.

We share the grief of all South Africans, and the world. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all who were touched by him.

In his memory, we'll continue to hold those in power to account, and to challenge injustice wherever we see it.

Rest in peace Tata.
Hambe kahle Tata Madiba.
We love you.
